• Verify your identity and provide secure access to your account.
• Process and fulfil your jewellery orders.
• Communicate order status updates.
• Improve our services and user experience.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy:

• Account Information (phone number, name) — retained as long as your account is active.
• Order Details & Reference Photos — retained for up to 1 year after order completion for support and record-keeping purposes.
• OTP & Authentication Logs — retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

Upon account deletion, all your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only with service providers who assist in operating our app (e.g., SMS delivery for OTP) and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
